Simple Vanilla, Chocolate, or Strawberry Nanny Meal
  1. Using a shaker bottle,  Add  8 ounces of water or non-dairy milk like unsweetened flax, almond, or coconut milk.
  2. ADD 4 scoops Nanny Meal into container.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 30  seconds.  (Sing the ABC song 2 times)
  4. For Best Results:  Chill in the fridge or freezer for 3 - 5 minutes. Shake and drink.

NOTE:
If your child has never tried goat based drinks, chilling the drink and using a fun straw will make the introduction to Nanny Meal
more successful.  Remember it generally takes about 4 or 5 times introducing a new food for a child's taste buds to "like" it.  Often a child will push away any new food even If it tastes good. Nanny Meal purposely did not add sugar.  Instead, we use smart low-glycemic sweeteners like stevia, inulin, glycine, and grass-fed goat whey.
