Whats' Best: Cow Milk or Goat Milk Based Nutritional Drinks for Kids?

In the United States, cow’s milk is the second most common food allergy in children. In children under 3, cow dairy is the most common food allergen. Goat Milk is most like human breast milk. It is naturally homogenized, contains smaller fat particles, less lactose, and 89% less alpha casein than cow milk. Both Goat milk and human milk were both designed for transforming a 7-9 pound baby/kid into an average adult/goat between 100-200 lbs. Cow's milk is designed to transform a 100 lb. calf into a 1,200 lb. cow.
